Sarvar Kaziev moved to the United States in 2004 from the former Soviet Union. He has an extensive experience teaching piano, music theory, arranging and composition. He graduated from Tashkent State Conservatory with a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano and Choir Conducting. Sarvar has been teaching music for over 20 years.
In the recent 10 years teaching in California, he raised the standard of teaching to a higher level due to the high demands of the educational process; preparing students for competitions such as, United States Open Music Competition and Music Legacy Open Competition. His students received the highest awards in various categories. In addition, he has also prepared students for Annual Certificate of Merit in piano, taught them theory music, ear training and sight reading. Exceptional students were trained each year for the complex British test – ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal School of Music).
