Anna Flynn began piano lessons at the age of 7 and growing up in a musical family inspired her to make musical learning and development a life-long pursuit. Anna received her Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance from Covenant College, and then began teaching piano lessons. Anna went on to pursue a second Bachelors of Music in music therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word, and since then has been both teaching piano lessons in Cedar Park, Austin and practicing music therapy with a wide variety of ages and skill levels
Anna has experience as a performer, accompanist, church musician, teacher, chorister, and music therapist. She likes to use all of her musical experiences to help her students develop skills that they will find enjoyable now and will serve them practically over the years.
Anna currently lives in Georgetown, Texas, with her husband, 1 year old son, and 4 year old cat. When she’s not making music, she enjoys hiking, reading, and drinking tea.Back to Classes & Teachers>
